水泥熟料中游离石灰存在形式及水化产物的特征

Type of presence of free lime in cement clinker and the properties of its hydration products

本文利用扫描电镜及能谱分析较直观地阐述了不同窑型水泥熟料烧成过程中所形成fCaO的形式及形成条件,并通过能谱仪测定水化产物中氧化物的组成,从而看出不同形式fCaO的水化速度和对安定性的影响,可以补充化学方法的不足。

The authors present a description about the type and condition of fCaO formation during clinker burning in different types of kiln with the help of scanning electronic microscope. From the composi- tion of hydration products determined by spectrometer, one can estimate the rate of hydration for different forms of fCaO and their effects on soundness of cement. This method can be used as a complement to che- mical method.
