摘要
PID控制器自整定技术是先进实用的控制策略。传统的 PID自整定控制器缺少开放通用的应用平台、辅助设计和仿真环境。针对这一问题 ,本文基于继电器自整定和模式识别自整定两种算法 ,提出并设计了开放通用的 PID自整定软件包。介绍了PID自整定控制器的设计原理、应用框架、辅助设计与仿真软件包、功能、特点及其在集散控制系统中的应用 ,并给出了结论。
Automatic tuning of PID controllers is one of the most important advanced control techniques.Traditional PID automatic tuning software package is not widely used is industry because it is lack of openness and interoperability,computer aided design and simulation environment support.In this paper a new software package for controller automatic tuning is presented. Relay feedback tuning and pattern recognition tuning are used in the automatic tuning algorithms.The basic theory,application framework,computer aided design and simulation environment of the software are discussed in detail.It has powerful functionality and attractive features.The application shows its effectiveness.
