摘要
本文推出了激光跟踪仪主要几何误差数学模型 ,给出了误差分离方法及修正方法 ,首次在激光跟踪仪全程 3 5m范围内进行了比长实验和误差修正实验 ,得到了 L TD50 0大范围空间测长精度 ,同时验证了误差修正的正确性和有效性。
The mathematical models of main geometric errors in laser tracker is firstly presented. Then the error seperation principle and correction method are given. Finally an experiment is carried out both to prove the correctness of the method and to find out the measurement accuracy of LTD500 laser tracker in its whole measuring range.
