摘要
本文设计了基于 SIO串行总线结构的开放型集散控制系统 ,对系统中的温度控制、分布式通信和软件设计问题进行了研究 ,实现了双螺杆塑料挤出造粒机组中多通道温控、电机和计量子系统的集散控制 ,满足了系统扩展要求。论文还针对机组温控系统的大滞后问题 ,通过对温度区间的合理分段 ,将 PID控制与经验和逻辑判断相结合 ,提出了改进的 PID非线性控制策略 ,显著提高了温度控制效果。
In this paper, a distributed control system based on SIO bus technology is designed for a two screw extruder assembly. Some fundamental problems, including temperature control, distributed serial communication and software design, are discussed in detail. Aimed at the large temperature hysteresis effect in the extruder, an improved control strategy is proposed on the basis of Integration Separation PID algorithm, which provides non linear output according to the deviation of temperature. Experiments verified that the performance of the system has been improved evidently.
