摘要 本文叙述采用不同窑型(φ3/φ2.5×40米中空干法短窑和φ2.5×40米预分解窑)和不同的配料方案(高铁和低铁方案)研制高抗折道路水泥的过程。特别是提出了低铁配料方案铝氧率在1.57左右,C_4AF含量10.21%左右。同时还提出,在道路水泥中C_4AF不宜超过18%,以确保熟料有较好的易磨性。 The course of developing high tensile highway cement by different type kilns (φ3.0/φ2.5×40m conventional dry kiln and φ2.5×40m precalcining kiln) and different programmes of raw mix proportioning (high and low Fe) is described in this paper. When alumina-iron ratio is about 1.57 and C_4AF content is about 10.21 per cent, a low Fe raw mix proportioning programme is given especially and in the meanwhile the author also proposes that in highway cement more than 18 per cent of C_4AF content is not suitable to ensure the clinker to have a better grind ability.
