预热器系统内的二次硫酸钙和氯化碱

Quadratic calcium sulfate and alkali chloride in suspension preheater system

本文采用扫描式电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和湿化学分析研究了预分解窑预热器系统内的两种结皮。结果表明,这两种结皮的特征矿物分别是二次硫酸钙和氯化碱,并且分析和讨论了预热器系统内二次硫酸钙和氯化碱的形成条件,提出了防治的措施。

The author has made a study on two kinds of coatings in suspension preheater system by SEM, XRD and chemical analysis. Results show that characteris- tic minerals of the coatings are quadratic calcium sulfate and alkali chloride respecti- vely. Formation conditions of quadratic calcium sulfate and alkali chloride in suspen- sion preheater system have been analyzed and discussed, precautionary measures have been proposed in this paper.
