本文论述“三个代表”要求对高等农业院校的重要指导意义 ,历史地分析了 2 0世纪 80年代以来 ,我国高等农业院校改革的进程 ,探讨了农业院校正确认识和全面贯彻“三个代表”要求 ,明确办学方向 ,推动教学改革和科技进步与创新 ,以及加强党的建设等方面的工作。

This article discussed the significance of the requirements of“three represents”on guiding the higher agricultural colleges,and historical analyzed the reform course of Chinese higher agricultural college that started from 1980s.It also discussed the higher agricultural college’s goals and tasks on understanding the requirements of“three represents”properly and putting into effect completely,to promote the teaching and research progress and innovation,make clear the guiding principles of running a college,and strengthen the construction of the communist party.
