对当前高校扩招后教学工作的思考

Reflection on Currently Teach after Enlarging Recuritting Students Size

作者认为 ,高等教育在发展中必须强化质量意识 ;解决好数量与质量的矛盾 ,基本要求与创新的矛盾 ,专业教育与通识教育的矛盾 ,生源质量与面向市场的矛盾 ,教师与学生的矛盾 ;加强实验室建设 ,教学组织建设 ,校风建设 ,实践实习基地建设 ,学科建设 ,教学质量保障体系建设。

The author think ,during development of higher education ,we must solve five contradiction: quanitity and quality, basic requirement and creation, special education and general educatinn ,quality of student resource and front marker, teacher and student; And we must also reforce six construction: labortory, instructive orgnization , campus ethos, base for practice , subject and system for ensuring instructive quality.
