摘要
本文第一次在银溶胶体系中对口服药物核黄素(维生素B_2)做了表面增强喇曼散射(SERS)实验研究,观察到了荧光猝灭和喇曼增强现象,获得了利用一般喇曼光谱技术所无法得到的光谱结果.分析了金属小球的存在对光散射过程所产生的影响,解释了核黄素分子在自由状态和吸附状态下光谱性质完全不同的原因.指出了这种方法在光谱学上的应用价值.我们的实验结果充分显示了SERS技术可以作为荧光物质及药物分析的有力工具.
We are the first to obtain the SERS spectra of medicine riboflavin in silver colloidal system.The quenching of fluorescence and the enhancement of Raman scattering have been simultaneously observed.The effects of silver particles on the processes of light scattering are analyzed.The differences of the spectral characteristics of molecules in free and adsorbed states are explained.The important applications of this method are pointed out.Our experimental results show that SERS technique may be used as a potential tool for fluorescence and medicinal analysis.
