摘要
本文通过对水泥厂现行使用的一种2000千瓦减速机齿轮强度进行校核计算,研究了压力角、螺旋角、模数和齿数四种基本啮合几何参数以及精度对齿轮强度的影响,提出压力角增大到24°是有益的,并认为对称式是2000千瓦大型减速机比较适宜的结构型式。
By the verification calculation of gear strength for a 2000 kW gear reducer used in cement plant,the studies of influences of the four basic geometries such as pressure angle,helical angle,module and number of teeth as well as the pre- cisicns of gears on strebgth are carried oral.Furthermore,it is suggested that the pressure angle of 25°uill be benefitial to the gear strength and 2000 kW gear redu- cer with symmetric structure is appropiate.
