Technology and Its Application towards the Target of Learning

本文论述了学习对象、元数据、XML等技术,简单介绍了学习对象技术的相关标准,提出了一种基于学习对象的教育资源应用系统。该应用系统得到教育部《面向21世纪教育振兴行动计划》“现代远程教育工程——网络教育资源描述、注册与管理系统”项目的支持。

This article expounds the target of learning,metadata,XM,and other technologies.It presents us a brief description of the related standards on technology for the target of learning and suggests an application system of educational resources based on the target of learning.This application sys-tem has obtained support from the project of“Modern distance education engineering-----descrip-tion,registration and management system of network education resources”in the MOE's“Action Plan of Revitalizing Education in the face of21st Century.”
