摘要
作者在本文中首次提出双片双光束散斑干涉法,并成功地进行了实验.实验表明:其干涉条纹分布与二次曝光双光束散斑干涉条纹分布相同.这与本文理论推导得到的结论完全一致.但双片法相对于双曝光法具有减少量测工作量和降低累积误差,并可以在自然光下准确加载等优点.
This paper presents double graph dual-beam speckle interferometry,and the experiment shows an agreeable result with the theoretical analysis.The research shows that the speckle interference fringes are equate to the fringes of the dual-beam speckle interferometry. But the former can recede work hours and difference,and can add force accuracily at light.
