办出特色、办出质量是决定高职高专发展的“命门”所在,只有以教学改革为核心,以教学基地建设为重点,不断提高教学质量,才能办出高职高专的教育特色。师资队伍建设也应跟上教改步伐。

Characteristic and quality in education are the key to the development of higher vocational and junior college, which can be realized by improving teaching quality, regarding transformation of teaching as its core, construction of teaching base as its focal point. In addition, the quality of teaching faculty has to keep up with the reform of teaching.
