摘要 本文研究了MgO在含氟硫高铁硅酸盐水泥中的分布及对水泥压蒸安定性的影响。结果表明,随着IM降低:(1)fMgO大幅度减少,固溶的MgO增多;(2)MgO主要固溶于中间相和玻璃体中;(3)方镁石晶体尺寸有减少的趋势;(4)水泥压蒸膨胀大幅度下降。IM=0.70时,MgO高达6.85%的水泥压蒸膨胀仅0.67%。 MgO distribution in portland cement containing fluorine, sulfur and high ferrite and its influence on cement autoclave unsoundness are stated in this article. The results show that with the decreasing of IM, fMgO decreases greatly and solid solution MgO increases; MgO mainly dissolves into middle phase and glass phase; periclase crys- tal size has a tendency to decrease; the expansion in cement autoclave test reduces grea- tly. When IM equals 0. 70 and the cement contains MgO as high as 6. 85%, the expan- sion in cement autoclave test is only 0. 67%.
