摘要
将棉籽糖选择性氯化后,利用半乳糖苷酶水解脱去C-6位上的半乳糖基,即可得到三氯蔗糖。对6,4’,1”,6”-四氯-6,4’,1”,6”-四脱氧棉籽糖(TCR)的酶解过程进行了详细讨论,并初步探讨了棉籽糖的酶法合成。本法工艺简单,产物专一,有很好的发展潜力。
After selective chlorination of raffinose.sucralose is formed through hydrolyzing C-6 galactose group in the presence of galactosidases.The enzymatic hydrolysis of 6,4' ,l',6'-tetrachloro-6,4', l',6'-tetradeoxy-raffinose (TCR) was discussed in detail. And the enzymatic synthesis of raffinose was studied briefly.This great potentially method has some advantages,such as simple synthesis route and product concentration.
