摘要
对水泥矿物之一β-C_2S的粉磨过程进行了微观性能研究,用X射线微观应力测定法和正电子湮没技术(PAT)测定了粉磨过程中β-C_2S晶格畸变和结构缺陷的变化,从形变的微观机制对测试结果进行了探讨。测定了不同粉磨时间样品的比表面积、粒径分布和水化放热速率,解释了不同大小颗粒水化活性差异的原因。
Mechano-chemical researches on grinding process of β-C_2S-one of cement mineral have been made in this article. In the course of grinding β-C_2S lattice distortins and changes of structural defects are measured on the X-ray microstress me- thod and positron annihilation technique. Measuring results are approached from micro- mechanisms of deformation. Sample specific surface, grain size distribution and exother- mic rate of hydration are measured in different grinding time and different cause of hydration activity for different partical size are explained.
