摘要 近年来低聚糖已成为食品学界研究的焦点。木寡糖作为一种新兴的低聚糖,由于其在理化特性和功能性等诸多方面优于其它低聚糖,更是倍受食品界的广泛关注,本文以国内外的研究状况为基点,从木寡糖的功能性、生产方法以及分析测定等多方面加以详细论述,最后对木寡糖在国内外的市场前景作了进一步的分析和预测。 In resent years,oligosaccharides have been one focus of food research field.Xylooligosaccharides.as a new oligosaccharide, has been highlight of oligosaccharide on the basis of current state at home and domestic. This paper details the function,production and analysis method of xylooligosaccharides,etc. In the end, the author predict the market at abroad and domestic.
