Study on the Quality of Red Pigment from Rubus tephtodes Hance

本文对灰白毛莓（RubustephrodesHance）成熟浆果中的红色素进行了定性定量分析，并对其基本特性进行了研究，结果表明：灰白毛莓浆果是一种极具开发价值的天然色素资源．

The quality and quantity of red pigment obtained from ripe berries of Rubus tephtodes Hance was analysed by chemical and spectral methods, and the principal characteristics of red pigment were studied by densitometry. The results showed that the berries of Rubus tephtodes Hance are a exploitable resources of natural pigment.
