本文简要介绍了胶姆糖的功能及组成，叙述了胶姆糖软化剂的试验原理及依据、试制过程和应用情况。
In this paper the functions and composition of chewing gum are briefly discussed. The experimental principle, development and application of chewing gum softener are described.
