液膜法提取钼的研究——外相边界层及膜相扩散控制模型

摘要 本文导出了无再分散、无内循环、乳液滴直径均匀的液膜系统中的扩散控制模型.该模型不仅考虑了非稳态下膜相扩散阻力,而且还考虑了外相边界层的扩散阻力及膜破裂.采用扰动法求得了非线性方程组的近似解,并用间歇式液膜法提取钼实验进行验证.结果表明:只有全面考虑这三方面影响因素,才能使模型计算与实验结果取得较好的一致性. A new diffusion controlled mass transfer model is established for uniform emulsion gl bules without redispersion and internal circulation.This model takes into account both the diffuse resistance of membrane phase in nonsteady state and the diffuse resistance of external phase boundary film and the membrane leakage.An approx imate analytical solution of nonlinear equations has been obtained by using pertubation method.This model has been examined with the experiments which molybdenum extract by batch liquid membrane method,the results show:the agreements between the modeling computation and experiment data are good under the condition of considering these three factors.
