摘要
目的:比较3种停搏液变温装置(BCD)的性能。方法:Sorin、科威和天津BCD各5只连于模拟停搏液灌注系统,测定不同输入温度(24、28、32、37 ℃)和流量(50~600ml/min)下其变温效果、跨装置压力阶差和变温-平衡时间等指标。结果:Sorin BCD的变温效果好,对停搏液的阻力小,变温-平衡时间短。科威BCD的各项测定指标接近并略差于Sorin BCD,而天津BCD的性能较差。当输入温度为32℃,流量为600ml/min时,三者的输出温度分别为(8.7±0.22)、(10.1±0.46)和(14.4±0.87)℃。结论:在本实验条件下,Sorin和科威BCD均具有良好的工作性能,而天津BCD则难以达到满意的心肌保护效果。
Objective:To compare the performance of three com monly used blood cardioplegia devices (BCD).Methods:In vitro exp erimental set, Sorin, Kewei and Tianjin BCDs were tested for the heat exchange capability, cross device pressure gradient and heat exchange balance time at different cardioplegia flow rates (50~600ml/min) and different input temperatures (24 , 28, 32,37 ℃).Results:The Sorin BCDs were found with excellent he at exchange capability, lowest resistance to cardioplegia and shortest heat exchang e balance time. In all the tested parameters, the Kewei BCDs were inferior but c lose to the Sorin BCDs ,whereas the Tianjin BCDs were found with the poorest per f ormance. At the flow rate of 600ml/min and input temperature of 32℃, the output temperature of the three were (8.7 ±0.22)℃,(10.1±0.46)℃ and (14.4 ±0.87)℃ ,resp ectively.Conclusion:Under the experimental condition, Sorin BCD and Kewei BCD can work with excellent performance but satisfactory myocadial protec tion effect can not be expected with Tianjin BCD.
