摘要
目的:探讨自体煮沸骨再植后的愈合机制及其临床应用价值。方法:利用99mTcMDP扫描、X线照像和组织学观察的方法,对30只健康成年家兔自体煮沸下颌骨即刻再植的愈合过程进行动态监测。结果:自体煮沸骨再植后经历了"爬行替代"的过程,发生机制是骨传导、发生基础是血管的长入。结论:自体煮沸骨作为移植材料简单、可行、实用。
Objective:To investigate the healing mechanism a nd clinical evaluate reimplantation of boiled autogenous bone.Methods : 99mTc-MDP scanning,X ray roentgenography and histology observation were used to examine the dynamic healing process of boiled autogenous bone graft after re implantation on 30 healthy adult rabbits.Results:Reimplantation of b oiled autogenous bone was followed by typical process of creeping substitution b ased on osteoconduction and capillary ingrowth.Conclusion:As a simple,feasible,and effective method,the reimplantation of boiled autogenous bon e can be used to repair mandibular bone defection.
