摘要
目的:研究质粒介导的超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBL)细菌的种类和耐药特性。方法:采用Etest法对可疑细菌行ESBL检测,用KB法做药物敏感试验,用WHONET4软件进行分析。结果:在890株革兰阴性杆菌中检出产ESBL菌44株, 阳性率4.9%。对亚胺培南、呋喃妥因、阿米卡星、环丙沙星的敏感率分别为100%、68.2%、29.5%、25.0%。结论:产ESBL细菌分布广泛、阳性率高,易借助耐药质粒传播,具有较高的交叉耐药性和多重耐药性。
Objective:To study the types and drug resistance of plasmid transferred exte nded spectrum beta lactamase (ESBL) producing bacteria.Methods:Etest was adopted to detect the suspicious ESBL isolates. Microbial sensitivi ty tests were carried out with K B ,and the results were analysed with WHONE4 software.Results:From 890 strains of Gram negative bacilli, 44 ESBL producing strains were detected with a positive rate of 4.9%. The sensitive rates of ESBL to imipenem, nitrofur antion, amikacin, ciprofloxacin were 100%,68.2%,29.5% and 25.0% respective ly.Conclusion:The ESBL producing bactera distribute broadly,are easy to detect and spread easily through resistant plasmid with high cross resistance and multi resistance
