摘要
目的 :为排毒养颜胶囊的质量控制提供依据。方法 :对该产品处方中的5味主药进行了显微鉴定 ,并同时采用薄层色谱法对其中的大黄、荷叶、青阳参进行了定性鉴别。结果 :两种方法结果相统一。结论 :该方法可用于排毒养颜胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To provide a warranty of quality control for Paidu Yangyan capsule. Methods: Microscopic identification of the main herbs in the prescription was carried out. Simultaneously, thin-layer chromatography (TLC) was adopted for making a qualitative identification about Da Huang(Rhubarb), He Ye(Lotus leaf) and Qing Yang Shen(Green yangshen).Results: A same result of both methods was obtained. Conclusion: This method could be used for quality control of Paidu Yangyan capsule.
