摘要
目的 :观察机体免疫系统对人工组织神经移植物的反应。方法 :将人工组织神经移植物桥接到狗的坐骨神经缺损处 ,并在术前和术后 6个月时分别取血 ,进行淋巴细胞转化试验、E花环试验 ,同时光镜观察术后 6个月时再生神经中白细胞浸润的情况。结果 :人工组织神经移植物植入后未见排斥反应产生。结论
Objective: To observe immune system's response to artificial nerve graft.Methods: Artificial nerve graft was bridged sciatic nerve gap. Immune function of the dogs was evaluated by lymphocyte transformation test and erythrocyte rosette test before operation and 6 months after operation . The situation of leucocyte infiltrate was observed under microscope 6 months after operation .Results: Graft rejection was not observed after artificial nerve graft had been transplanted. Conclusions: There was better biocompatibility between artificial nerve graft and organism.
