摘要
目的 通过制作大鼠脑缺血模型 ,观察兴奋性氨基酸 (EAA)的变化 ,研究丹参注射液对EAA和脑组织结构的影响。方法 采用Pulsinelli氏改良方法和脑内微透析技术 ,测定大鼠海马在脑缺血不同时期细胞外液中EAA的改变及丹参对EAA和组织结构的影响。结果 提示脑缺血时的EAA明显升高 ,且缺血越重和时间越长EEA释放就越多 ,经过丹参治疗后细胞外液中的EAA明显降低。结论 大鼠脑缺血后EAA明显升高 ;丹参能减少脑缺血时的EAA的释放 ,从而降低了EAA对脑的损伤 。
Objective to study the protective effect of Dansen to induced ischemic rats.Methods Ischemic rat models were made first.The change of excitatory amino acid (EAA) and the morphological change of rat hippocampus tissue were studied.Modified method of Puosinelli and intracerebral microdialysis were used.The quantity and change of EAA in extracellular fluid at different ischemic time was studied to see whether Dansen had any effect on the change of EAA and the change in hippocampus tissue.Results After induced ischemia,EAA level in extracellular fluid in ischemic rat hippocampus was elevated and Dansen could reduce the release of EAA.Conclusion EAA's level in induced ischemic rat's hippocampus increases significantly and it can be reduced after using Dansen.Thus Dansen can prevent the damage from EAA in ischemic rats.
