摘要
目的 研究长苞凹舌兰Coeloglossumviride (L .)Hartm .var.bracteatum (Willd .)Richter的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、大孔吸附树脂及反相硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化 ,运用波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果 从乙醇提取物中分得 8个化合物 ,分别鉴定为dactylorhinB (I)、loroglossin (II)、dactylorhinA (III)、militarine (IV)、长苞凹舌兰素甲 (coelovirinA ,V)、天麻苷 (gastrodin ,VI)、胸腺嘧啶核苷 (thymidine ,VII)和槲皮素 3,7 二 O β D 吡喃葡糖苷 (quercetin 3,7 di O β D glucopyranoside ,VIII)。结论 8个化合物均为首次从凹舌兰属植物中分得 ,其中V为新化合物。
AIM To study the chemical constituents of the rhizomes of Coeloglossum viride (L.) Hartm. var. bracteatum (Willd.) Richter. METHODS The compounds were mainly isolated with normal phase and reverse phase column chromatographic methods and HPLC. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physical constants and spectral analysis (UV, IR, EI-MS, positive and negative FAB-MS, APCI-MS, 1HNMR , 13 CNMR , DEPT, 1H- 1H COSY, HMQC and HMBC). RESULTS Eight compounds were obtained from the ethanolic extract of the rhizomes of this plant, dactylorhin B (I), loroglossin (II), dactylorhin A (III), militarine (IV), coelovirin A (V), gastrodin (VI), thymidine (VII) and quercetin-3,7-di- O -β- D -glucopyranoside (VIII). CONCLUSION All the compounds were obtained from this plant and genus Coeloglossum for the first time. V named coelovirin A, is a new compound.
