人血凝结因子Xa发色底物的合成研究

摘要 利用混合酸酐法和活泼酯法及廉价的试剂较方便地合成了人血凝结因子 Xa的一种发色底物。 Using the reaction activity of mixed acid anhydride and active ester,two chromogeni substrates for blood- coagulation factor Xa was synthesized by convenient method from inexpensive reagent.
