摘要
参照美国药典 2 3版及中国药典 1995年版收载的细菌内毒素检查法进行试验。参麦注射液经 32倍稀释可排除干扰因素 ,用灵敏度为 0 .12 5 EU/ m l的鲎试剂检测细菌内毒素是有效的 ,可代替家兔法对参麦注射液进行日常检测。
The endotoxin inspection methods of Shen Mai injection were discussed. The results showed that the interference elements could be excluded by diluting Shen Maiinjection 3 2 times,and endo- toxin could be inspected by limulus amebocyte lysate with sensitivity of 0 .1 2 5 EU/ml.
