Preparation of Nimesulide Sustained-Release Tablets

采用正交试验法 ,确定了尼美舒利缓释片的最佳处方和制备工艺 ,体外释放度试验的 8h累积释放量大于75 %,其释放行为符合 Higuchi方程。

Formulations of nimesulide sustained- release tablets were screened out according to or- thogonal experiment design method.The release amount(8h) of nimesulide in vitro was greater than 75 %.The drug release pattern was in accord with the Higuchiequation and the stability of the tablets was satisfactory.
