复方醋酸钠平衡液中醋酸钠含量的RP-HPLC测定

Determination of Sodium Acetate in Compound Sodium Acetate Equilibrium Liquid by RP-HPLC

建立测定醋酸钠平衡液中醋酸钠含量的 RP- HPL C法。选用 ODS色谱柱 ,以水为流动相 (用磷酸调至 p H2 .15 ) ,检测波长为 2 10 nm ,醋酸钠浓度在 0 .0 8～ 1.33m g/ ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系 (r=0 .9999)。方法的平均回收率为 10 0 .84%,RSD=0 .5 5 %。该法与离子交换法和一阶导数法的测定结果无显著性差异。

A RP- HPLC method of the determination for sodium acetate in compound sodium acetate equilibrium liquid was established.The ODScolumn was used with the mobile phase of water(adjusted p H to2 .1 5 by H3 PO4 ) at the detection wavelength of2 1 0 nm.It had a good linearity over the concentratiion range of0 .0 8～ 1 .3 3 mg/ml(r=0 .9999) .The average recovery was1 0 0 .84%,RSD=0 .5 5 %.There was no significant difference in results between RP- HPLC and the ion exchange method,or the first order derivative UV method.
