摘要
采用差示紫外分光光度法测定替硝唑注射液的含量。检测波长 2 72 nm ,在 10～ 5 0μg/ ml浓度范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9997) ,方法的平均回收率为 10 1.3%,RSD为 3.0 %。
The differential UV spectrophotometry method was established for the determination of tinidazole injection.The detection wavelength was2 72 nm,with a good linearity in the range of1 0～ 5 0 μg/ml.The average recovery was1 0 1 .3 %with RSD of3 .0 %.
