Early Treatment and Physical Function Recovery of Deep Burn Hands in the Aged Patients

目的 :探讨老年手深烧伤的早期治疗与功能恢复的最佳方法。方法 :19例患者采用早期手术 ,以自体皮移植为主 ,同时在入院后即进行物理治疗和功能训练。结果 :19例中 13例手指活动自如 ,生活完全自理 ,可以做家务劳动 ,1例恢复工作。结论 :老年手深烧伤早期采用有效的手术措施和功能训练是提高治愈率、减少并发症、促进患者功能恢复的有效保证。

Objective: To investigate the optimal scheme for early treatment and physical function restoration of deep burn hands in the aged patients. Methods: Nineteen patients received early operation, physical therapy and function training. For most of the wounds free skin autografting was performed. Results: Of the 19 patients 13 could engage in the housework and 1 restored to work. Conclusion: Early effective operation on and function training for the deep burn hands in the aged patients could decrease the incidence of the complications and promote the function recovery.
