双立筒预热器窑尾漏料与密封的改进

Improved Method for Spillage and Seal at Inlet of Twin Shaft Preheater Kiln

干法预热器窑窑尾漏风、漏料,密封效果差,是许多厂家普遍存在的问题。青海水泥厂为解决该问题,曾进行多次技术改造,但效果均不理想。经长期摸索、实践,该厂彻底改造了烟室、窑尾扩大带及密封装置,基本根治了漏料与密封问题,消除了环境污染,取得了明显的经济效果。本文详细介绍了改造前后的具体情况及所取得的经验。

There are usually exists the problem of air leakage and material spillage at the back end of preheater kiln in many cement plants. Qinghai Cement Plant has tried varous pproaches to attack the problem. Finally,it has been solved and economical benefit obtained by modifying the structures of the inlet chamber, the enlarged zone and the sealing on kiln back end. Also presented in the paper are a comparison of kiln performance before and after the modification.
