Surgical treatment of esrious skin defect of dorsum manus

目的 :探讨手背部皮肤大面积缺损的手术处理方法。方法 :回顾性分析 1990年以来 83例手背部大面积皮肤缺损手术治疗的临床效果。结果 :全组 83例病人 ,采用原位或游离植皮、各种皮瓣等治疗方法 ,远期随访 1～ 5年 ,功能恢复优良率达 93%。结论 :应根据创面缺损的大小。

Objective:To study the method of surgical treatment of serious skin defect of dorsum manus Method:83cases of serious skin flap of dorsum manus were retrospectively analysed from 1990's Result:These group of patients were treated with the method of varied skin flay grafing Followed up from one year to five years,the rate of fumctinnal rehabilitation of hands was 93% Conclusions:Method of surgical treatment must be changed with the area of wound,the varies of wound degree and the differences of traumatic tissues
