慢性肾小管间质肾病终末期的血液透析治疗

The Hemodialysis Therapy in the End -stage of Chronic Tubulointerstitial Nephritis

目的 :探讨慢性肾小管间质肾病 (CTIN)终末期血液透析的注意事项。方法 :回顾分析我院 1998年至今 16例 CTIN终末期来院血液透析前的临床特点。结果 :CTIN终末期年龄相对较大 ,高血压 ,少尿发生率相对较低 ,水电解质紊乱也有其特殊性。结论 :CTIN终末期应实施个体化血液透析治疗。

Objective:To study the points for attention of the hemodialysis therapy in the end stage of the chronic tubulointerstitial nephritis Methods:We reviewed 16 cases since 1998,to analysis their clinical characteristics Results:We found that these patients were comparatively older , the incidenence of water and electrolytes had its specific characteristics Conclusions:We should take individual hemodialysis therapy in the chronic tubulointerstitial nephritis patients
