摘要
长春跃进水泥厂立筒预热器窑改造前存在着窑与预热器不匹配、预热器结构不合理、漏风严重、回转窑转速低、生料质量不稳定等问题。合肥水泥工业研究设计院承担了该厂的技术改造任务。通过优化预热器结构参数、提高系统热交换率、加强系统密封、提高窑快转率、合理设计预热器系统衬料、稳定回转窑热工制度等一系列技术改造措施,取得了良好的经济效益。
Before the modification of the shaft preheater of Yue Jin Cement Plant, Chang Chun, the kiln system wax found to be unmatchable between kiln and preheater, unreasonable preheater structure, serious air leakage, too low kiln speed and unstable raw material quality. To cure the problems, Hefei Cement Industry Research and Design Institute took a series of measures: optimizing the structure of preheater, improving the system sealing, increasing the fast-running factor of kiln, relining the preheater as well as stabilizing the kiln operation. This paper gives the detailed description of the modification.
