谈在校大学生求职前的准备

On College Students' Preparations before Looking for a Job

大学生在校期间 ,怎样才能为毕业后顺利地谋求到适合自己的职业做好必要的准备 ,已经成为“双轨”之后在校大学生十分关心的问题。笔者认为 ,应该从三个方面去努力 :一是要从政治经济形势上注意了解和预测大学生的就业形势 ,做到心中有数 ;二是要了解社会上对毕业生的基本要求 ,找出自己的差距 ,明确努力的方向 ;三是从社会需要出发 ,努力适应其需要 ,力求化短为长。

Students in college care very much about how they can get a good job on their graduation,especially under the condition of so-called 'double-track'employment project.First,I think,they should predict clearly the trends of employment according to the current situation;Second,they should know what they should learn according to the needs of the society;The last,they should try their best to learn more to meet the needs of the society.
