Application of numerical simulation to adjusting blank-holder force

摘要 研究压边力在拉深成形过程中对板材成型质量的影响。采用数值模拟技术能快速确定合适的压边力值以提高板材拉深件的成形质量 。 In this paper,a research for the influence of blank_holder force on sheet metal forming capability in drawing process is made.With application of numerical simulation technology,an appropriate blank_holder force value rapidly obtained can improve forming quality of drawing_piece,so the conclusion is that it is a realizable way for sheet metal forming to apply numerical simulation to adjusting blank_holder force.
