摘要
本文概述了哈萨克斯坦的自然地理条件、交通运输条件以及经济发展概况等矿业投资外部环境 ,进行了矿产资源勘查开发技术经济条件分析 ,并从与我国的外交关系、鼓励外商投资的政策、税收优惠政策、外贸政策和进出口管理制度等方面分析了其对矿业投资的影响。
Natural and geographic conditions,communication ahd traffic,status of nat hol economy development,techno\|economic condit on s for mineral resources exploration and exploitation in the Republic of Kazakhstan are introduced in brief.Besides,the influences from Kazakhstans policies such as diplomatic relationship,promotion of foreign investment,favourable tax and duty,import & export administration etc on investment into minining industry are disussed.
