摘要
目的 :研究复方丹参注射液对Ⅱ型胶原蛋白诱导性关节炎 (collagen Ⅱinducedarthritis ,CIA)大鼠模型滑膜细胞分泌IL 1β的影响。方法 :采用消化分离的方法获得滑膜细胞 ,放射免疫法检测大鼠滑膜细胞培养上清液中IL 1β的水平。结果 :复方丹参注射液可以明显下调CIA大鼠滑膜细胞分泌IL 1β的水平。结论 :复方丹参注射液治疗类风湿性关节炎的机制可能与下调滑膜细胞分泌IL 1β的水平有关。
Objective:To study the effect of compound Danshen injection(CDI) on the secretion of IL 1β by synoviocytes in collagen Ⅱ induced arthritis(CIA) rats.Method:Synovium of knee joints from CIA rats was digested by collagenase and trypsin to prepare digested single synoval cell(DSSC).The content of the supernatant fluid was assayed by radioimmunoassay.Result:CDI could down regulate IL 1β production by DSSC.Conclusion:The mechanism for curative effect of CDI on arthritis is concerned with down regulating the IL 1β production by DSSC.
