电子商务系统的发展演化过程是人们追求方便、自由的过程 ,其核心是追求一对一的服务本质 ,其主要特征和优势在于提供更个性化、人性化的服务。表面上 ,这一系统的发展由企业利益所驱动 ,实质上是人们为追求方便、自由、安全的目的所牵引 ,系统才从无序逐步走向有序。该系统在发展过程中所面临的最本质最核心的问题是安全性问题 ,这正是人们为追求方便、自由所付出的代价 ,即为系统进一步走向有序而引进的负熵。电子商务的安全性问题被放大 ,且无法获得完满解决。电子商务的发展对人类的利弊同存。

The evolution of e-commerce meets people's pursuit of convenience and freedom,the nature of being one-to-one service,and providing personalized service are its main features and advantages.From the viewpoint of economics,the development of this system is driven by enterprise profit maximization,but actually by people's freedom and convenience needs,can the system go from chaos to ordering.The significant problem that the system confronted is security,which is the cost that must be paid in order to realize the aforesaid aims,that is,the neg-entropy brought in that turned the system into ordering.The security problems are amplified in network environment,which cannot be solved satisfactorily.To human beings,the development of e-commerce has both merits and demerits.
