先天性齿槽突裂整复的初步报告

The Preliminary Report of Reconstruction in Patients with Congenital Alveolar Oeft

目的 应用自体髂松质骨髓颗粒移植整复齿槽突裂,并观察其初期临床效果。方法 9例单侧上颌齿槽突裂,术前正畸,用自体髂松质骨髓颗粒移植整复裂隙,并关闭口鼻瘘。结果9例伤口一期愈合,术后观查3～6月,外观明显改善,x线检查移植骨无明显吸收,骨密度近似正常骨组织,两者间无明显界限。结论 自体髂松质骨髓颗粒整复先天性齿槽突裂,临床效果可靠。

Objective To evaluate the effects for reconstructing congenital alveolar cleft by autogenous bone grafting, and boserving recent clinical results. Methods 9 cases were reported. Patients should accept orthodontic treatment before the operation. The alveolar cleft was reconstructed with autogenous iliac particulale cancellous bone marrow, and the oronasal fistula was closed.Results All of the wound were primary heaed After 3 to 6 months, the patient's appearance were improved. The grafting bone weren't obvious resorption with x-ray examination, the grafting bone density were as the same as the normal bone tissues' .There weren't borderline between the bones. Conclusion This study revealed that the bone grafting for alveolar cleft was effective in clinics.
