目的 研究出一种适合正畸专业的多媒体电子病历管理系统,以解决常规纸质病历使用不便之不足。方法 采用面向对象技术,在 Windows9X/NT平台上用 Visual Foxpro4.0语言编写程序。系统设病历输入、病历查询、系统帮助三大模块,每一大模块又包括若干子模块。结果 使用该系统能够将患者的文字、图片、音像资料随时、全面输入计算机,且储存、调用及修改极为方便。结论 该系统具有界面直观、功能强大、记查全面、易于扩充、结构开放、兼容性强等多项优点,同时可以综合成为集病历管理、多媒体教学、病人正畸知识宣教三位一体的综合系统,具有很大的推广价值。

Objective To study a multimedia electronic record management system for orthodontic speciality, and resolve the incommodity of routine dental paper record. Methods Using the object-oriented technology, the system program was witten with Visual FoxPro 4.0 based on Windows 9X/NT. The system consists of three modules such as input of dental record, search of dental record and system help, each module including a lot of sub-modules. Results Using this system, the patients words, photos and radio-video documents could be input into computer momentarily and completely, and be expediently stored, transferred and changed. Conclusion With the advantages of intuitionistic user interface, power function, full-scale input-search, easy expanded, good compatibility and easy integrated to a compositive system including electronic record management, multimedia education and orthodontic knowledge popularization, the system have an important meaning to spread.
