攻补调脂汤治疗脂肪肝40例疗效观察

Treatment of Fatty Liver by Gongbu Tiaozhi Tang: A Clinical Obseration of 40 Cases

目的：观察自拟方攻补调脂汤治疗脂肪肝的治疗效果。方法：选取符合诊断标准的脂肪肝患者５８例，随机分为治疗组 ４０例，对照组 １８例。治疗组运用攻补调脂汤治疗，对照组则以山楂精降脂片治疗。结果：总有效率治疗组为 ８７．５％，对照组为 ４４．４％（Ｐ＜０．０１）；对血脂的调节作用，２组比较，差异有非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：攻补调脂汤对脂肪肝具有明显的治疗效果；对血脂亦有良好的调节作用。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Gongbu Tiaozhi Tang(GTF) for fatty liver. Methods: 58 Cases accorded with the diagnostic standard of fatty liver were allocated to treatment group(40 cases) and control group(18 cases) randomly. The cases of treatment group were treated by G扞T, and control group by Shanzhajing Jiangzhi Pian. Results: The total effective rate in treat-ment group was 87. 5% and 44. 4% in control group( P < 0. 01) The effect on regulating blood lipid showed very markedly signifi-cant difference ( P < 0. 01) between two groups. Conclusion; G抣T possesses a marked curative effect for fatty liver and a good effect for regulating blood lipid.
