Relativity Between CD_( 14)^+ Cell Expression and Apoptosis in Malignant Tumor Tissues

目的 探讨恶性肿瘤组织中CD+14 细胞杀伤肿瘤细胞的机制。方法 采用流式细胞术检测恶性肿瘤组织中CD+14 细胞表达率及细胞凋亡 (Apo)水平 ,并分析两者的关系。 结果 恶性肿瘤组织CD+14 细胞检出率 ( 9.75 %± 4.38% ) ,显著低于正常对照组织 ( 18.68%± 5 .0 0 % ) ,P <0 .0 1;恶性肿瘤组织Apo检出率 ( 1.49%± 1.2 4% ) ,显著低于正常对照组织 ( 4.34 %± 3.2 8% ) ,P <0 .0 1。在恶性肿瘤组织中 ,CD+14 细胞检出率与Apo表达水平呈明显正相关 (γ =0 .2 5 38,P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 恶性肿瘤组织CD+14 细胞表达率和Apo检出率均较正常组织下降 ,两者检出率呈明显正相关。恶性肿瘤组织中CD+14

Objective To study the relativity between CD + 14 cell express level and apoptosis in malignant tumor tissue.Methods CD + 14 cell and Apo cell percentage were measured with flow cytometry in malignant tumor tissues of 144 patients.The interrelation was analysed between CD + 14 cells and Apo cell percetage.Results CD + 14 cell and Apo percentage of malignant tumor tissues were lower than these of normal control tissues( P <0.01).The relativity analysis between CD + 14 and Apo percentage in malignant tumor tussues showed the significant positive interrelation (γ=0.2538, P <0.05).Conclusion Malignant tumor may induce significal decrease of CD + 14 and Apo cells express level in malignant tumor tissues.The change of CD + 14 cells express level may intimatly relate to Apo cells level in malignant tumor tissue.
