骨肌瓣重建下颌骨术后超声监测血供的应用价值

Application of ultrasound in observation of the blood vessel in mandible reconstruction by osteomuscular flap

目的 应用超声检测技术对骨肌瓣 (髂骨、腓骨 )重建下颌骨术后的血供进行观察 ,探讨该技术在术后观察血供的应用价值。方法 对 15例骨肌瓣 (髂骨 3例 ,腓骨 12例 )重建下颌骨的病例 ,术后均采用超声多普勒听诊器检测移植骨肌瓣动静脉的血供 ,其中 4例腓骨肌皮瓣作为对照观察。结果 15例骨肌瓣全部存活 ,带皮瓣4例色泽良好。 15例移植骨肌瓣动静脉超声多普勒听诊正常。部分病例术后 2周彩超、同位素扫描结果移植骨生长良好。结论 超声检测技术在骨肌瓣重建下颌骨术后血供的监测中是一种有效的监测方法 ,具有其应用价值。

Objective Using ultrasound technique to observe the vascular supplement in mandible reconstruction by osteomuscular flaps.Methods 15 cases of osteomuscular flaps were used to reconstruct the mandible (3 cases of iliac osteomuscular flaps,12 cases of fibular osteomuscular flaps).The ultrasound dopppler echoscope was used to detect the blood supply post-operation,compared with 4 cases of fibular osteomuscular flaps.Results All of the 15 cases of flaps were alive and normal the ultrasound doppler echoscope.Conclusion The ultrasound doppler technique is an effective and method in detecting the blood supply in mandible osteomuscular reconstruction.
