摘要 目的 对于存在牙周骨缺损的牙周炎患者 ,分别使用四环素糊剂调制的BIOGLAS(PERIOGLAS倍骼生 )和羟基磷灰石 (HA)两种材料进行牙周骨下缺损的充填治疗 ,并进行疗效比较 ,以寻求一种临床上修复牙周骨缺损诱导牙周组织再生的较为理想的材料。方法 选择 42例中、晚期牙周炎患者的 88个位点 ,分别经两种方法治疗后一年 ,评价各种临床指标的改善 ,包括探诊深度 (或牙周袋深度PD)、探诊附着水平 (或附着丧失AL)、出血指数 (BI)及X线片的计算机辅助分析。结果 两种方法治疗后 ,各种临床指标较治疗前均有显著改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并且X线片显示BIOGLAS组骨缺损区的骨密度增高显著好于HA组。结论 BIOGLAS是一种修复牙周骨缺损 ,诱导牙周组织再生的良好生物活性材料 ,对于中、晚期牙周炎的牙周骨缺损有较好的治疗效果。 Objective To compare the effects of Bioglas and HA in repairing the periodontal bony defects.MethodsThe bony defects of 42 cases with periodontitis were repaired with Bioglas and HA.The evaluation was made on gingival bleeding index (BI),pocket depth (PD),periodontal attachment (AL),and computer aided analysis of radiography for 88 sites one year after treatment.Results Each clinical index improved obviously after the treatment (P< 0.05 ),moreover the radiograph reveals more densely bone at graft site where BG was placed mixed with tetracycline ointment.ConclusionBG is a bioactive material and can be used for repair of infrabony defects of periodontitis.
