装有固定矫治器离体牙齿的刷牙实验研究

Brushing test of orthodontic teeth in vitro

目的 通过离体刷牙实验 ,寻找出一种适合正畸固定矫治器患者的刷牙方法。方法 使用Crest波浪型牙刷、Oral-B一般牙刷和Kissimee正畸牙刷在刷牙机上对树脂牙进行水平、垂直、倾斜 45 、旋转刷牙法以及用2 0 0克及 30 0克力模拟刷牙 ,使用染色分析系统对刷牙后的牙齿进行菌斑的检测。结果 ①正畸牙齿的刷牙效率低于普通牙齿。②每一种牙刷都在某一特定的刷牙方法中表现出相对较高的刷牙效率。Kissimee“U”形正畸牙刷未显示出优越性。③ 45 倾斜刷牙法更有利于正畸牙齿菌斑的去除。④使用轻力时 ,牙齿邻面去除菌斑的效率明显降低。结论 对于正畸患者 ,倾斜 45 、较大力量刷牙去处菌斑的效率较高。

Objective To evaluate the effect of different toothbrush,brushing-method and brushing pressure in vitro to find a good brush method for the orthodontic patient.Methods We used crest,Oral-B and Kissimee 'U' shape tooth brushes to brush artificial tooth with and without orthodontic appliances.Based on videotape recordings of the brushing patterns for interproximal area,circular,up-down,back and forth with 45*{ and 90*{ angles brush strokes and back and forth brush stroke with 200 and 300 grams pressure were employed to determine the effectiveness of different toothbrush design and brushing methods.Results ①The interproximal areas of the teeth with orthodontic appliances had more artificial bacteria plaque than the control teeth after brushing.②Every brush was more effective in a certain brushing method,and Kissimee 'U' shape orthodontic toothbrush was not superior to the other two toothbrush.③The method of back and forth with 45*{ angles was the most effective to remove plaque.④Brushing with less force was less effective to remove the artificial plaque.Conclusion The method of back and forth with 45*{ angles and more pressure were effective to remove plaque for orthodontic patient.
