腭裂患者术前及术后五年的听力比较

The auditory comparison in cleft palate patients before and after surgery for five years

目的 比较腭裂患者术前及术后五年的听力改变情况。方法 对 2 4例单侧完全性腭裂于术前及术后五年行耳科常规检查 ,纯音测听及声导抗测试并进行比较。结果 三项检查显示腭裂患者术前有明显的听力减退 ,而术后五年临床观察听力有明显的改善。结论 腭裂修复术对恢复患者听力有明显的远期效果。

Objective To compare auditory improvement after surgery for five years in cleft palate patients.Methods Twenty-four unilateral complete cleft palates were examined for otology,pure-tone audiometry and acoustic-impedance test.Results The examination showed obvious hypoacusis before operation and obvious improvement five years after operation in cleft palate.Conclusion The repair of cleft palate can improve auditory ability.
